This print head comes in its original packaging and has its head rank ID both on the print head as well as the packaging. Head Rank ID's are entered during installation to assure your print head is firing at the correct voltage and rate. This ensures your printer will produce OEM quality prints as well as ensure the life expectancy of the print head.

Once the package is delivered, its the customers responsibility to check the package for damage. If there is visible damage, refuse the package. Any and all other return claims will not be granted once the package is shipped.
